The Oregon GOP has had a lien placed on it by the Internal Revenue Service for its failure to pay more than $33,000 in payroll taxes over the last 3 years, the Oregonian reports.

According to a party spokesperson, money that was intended to be spent on payroll taxes was never sent to the IRS, and the money was instead spent on party activities.
