Montel Williams speaks out on Iraq -- show canceled

In late January, Montel Williams appeared on a Fox News Saturday episode to discuss the death of actor Heath Ledger. Williams instead offered a vivisection of the media's role in distracting the American public from the realities of the war in Iraq and the world we live in.

3 days later, his show was canceled.

Initially, the cancellation of Williams' show, which has aired for 17 years, appeared to have been a coincidence.

But recent information, which indicates that Fox may be connected to the firing as it is part of a conglomerate that owns cbs affiliates in several media markets.
