Majority of Americans Believe 3rd Party Needed

58 Percent of Americans believe that the country needs a strong 3rd Party, according to a USA Today Poll conducted from July 6-8. The same poll indicated that just 33 percent of Americans believe that the two major political parties do "an adequate job" of representing the American people. In 2003, 56 percent of Americans believed that the two major parties were doing an adequate job.

People don't vote for third parties because they think they are throwing their vote away. I think the internet can be used to bring enough people together behind a party to create enough confidence to vote it in. I'm trying to make a central location on the web with this in mind.
