Parks spends another $150,000 on ballot initiatives

Nevada businessman Loren Parks has spent another $150,000 to put initiatives on the ballot in Oregon, bringing his total to $1.2 million, according to an article by the O's Dave Hogan.

Parks has contributed to an array of ballot initiatives being pushed by Bill Sizemore and failed Gubernatorial candidate, Kevin Mannix. The latest measure would impose a mandatory minimum time served for convicted felons.
