Although federal election law imposes some limits, federal political spending is running amok. Thanks to MSNBC.com here’s the tawdry story of huge spending by progressives and business interests in a Maryland House Democratic primary race. Excelon, the Big Nuke builder mentioned in the article is the same Big Nuke/Big Bucks outfit with radioactive leaks at its Illinois plant that has donated $227,000 to Barak Obama.
