Vic Atiyeh

I spent an hour interviewing former Oregon Governor, Vic Atiyeh recently. The conservative Republican is a co-chair for Yes on 49.

Atiyeh spent some time discussing some of the overreaches by land-use proponents -- forgetting the D - Development in LCDC -- during the 1990's that led to Measure 37, which he described as a de facto "end around" Senate Bill 100.

Then he went into the following:

Atiyeh, along with former Governor, Tom McCall, opposed earlier efforts to repeal SB 100 during his 2 terms in Mahonia Hall.
